Join us starting at 11AM for a BBQ, tour the chapter house, meet undergraduate members, games and more! At ~12:30 we'll have a Live Basket Auction fundraiser for several projects around the house and to send an undergrad to the national convocation meeting. At 4PM we'll be honoring brothers who have passed to the Adytum on High announced in the 2017 Omegaphone. 

Omega Reunion: First Annual Alumni Weekend

11:00am-
● BBQ in the pit (weather permitting)
● Meet and greet with the undergraduates
● Tour of the House/improvements
● Games/entertainment for family and children
12:30pm-
● Basket live auction. Baskets can range anywhere from a few dollars on up. Smaller ticket
items may allow for more participation, however there is no price limit. Please come with
a printed description of the basket or be prepared to verbally explain the contents,
including the retail value.
*A basket auction allows anyone to bring a basket(s) of varying items to be live
auctioned in the crowd. The baskets will be donated to Sigma Pi, and sold to the highest
bidder. The money donated will be used for house repairs in the bathroom and laundry
room, and to help pay for another alternate to be able to attend Convocation this
summer.*

● Memorial Ceremony in the chapter room for the following deceased Omega Brothers
from the 2017 Omegaphone
1. Stuart L. Henzel: Initiated in 1954. Died 23 May 2017
2. Robert L. Workman: Initiated in 1939. Died April 13, 2017
If there are any Brothers that would like to add any other fallen Brothers to the Memorial
Ceremony please let Gabe Brauchler know at 541-480-5570. This can be a Brother from
any chapter with any date of death
● Entertainment for Family and children (who cannot attend the Ceremony). This
ceremony is considered esoteric and may only be conducted in the Chapter room, for
Initiated members, following the Opening Ceremony and ended by a Closing Ceremony
The Graduation Ceremony for our seniors will be the evening of Friday June 8th around 7:00pm
for any Omegas that would like to come early and attend. Susan will be making extra dinner at

5:00pm. As always, any and all Omegas are more than welcome to come as early and leave as
late as they wish. We would love to build relationships with our Brothers.
